Recently I had the pleasure of having Karen Glassey assist with the selling of 4 Bernice Crescent, Yaldhurst, Christchuch. This house was sold with in one week from the date the signs went up until it was confirmed as sold. (although Covid 19 certainly held the process up) Karen Glassey was my Agent and I am pleased to report her professionalism, kindness, personality and mannerism could not be faulted from day one until the final sale date. I would highly recommend Karen Glassey from Mike Pero Realestate as she went above and beyond when selling my house. As I had moved out of Christchurch Karen kept me up to date on all happenings. Great communication letting me know every detail on open homes, their feed back and guidance on which method I should use in selling the house. It took a while to sell the house because of a few challenges but she never gave up, reinventing our advertising a couple of times. A well deserved sale .
